Hello.
The blower motor went south, and i've replaced it with a new one. Now - the new one only works with the control switch set to max.....replaced that too, but no success. So now I have two choises : either max blow, or nothing (whitch is the normal opperation on the go pedal /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif)
Any suguestion where to start looking?
BTW - a lot of parts has broken lately /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif such as rotors, ball joints, tie rods, cps, blower motor, gpr, shock absorbers, ++++, keeping me from further mods /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif....not to mention my tranny's working overtime /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/vulnerable.gif
Oh - the van has 275'Km on the clock...
Thanks

Norway........ find the heater rheostat it should be on the heater plenum between the fan and the a/c evap box RH side of the engine comp has 3 screws if memory serves me. They burn out then only allow high fan.

Hm.. maybe you got a faulty blower.

I'd start at the connectors though, a while back mine went funky and would work and not work sometimes. Cut off the stock connectors on the blower motor and put some new ones on see if that fixes her.

Maybe it's arching across on the high setting and not the others?*shrugs*
