IS the 05 and newer pattern for SRW the same as 99-04? 8-170? Sorry if this is the wrong location....also, are 16.5 too small for 05+ brakes?

8-170x1.5 is the bolt pattern for my 06'

8x170mm is correct for all SRW trucks. I believe that the 2005+ duallys are 8x200mm. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Bolt pattern is the same, but the backspacing on the 05+ wheels is different than the 99-04 wheels. Not sure if that pertains to your situation, but its something to think about if you are swapping wheels between two trucks.

If your real question is will the newer wheels fit on the older hubs, the answer is no. Unless you like stupid-looking pickups with either spacers or with wheels rubbing on the suspension. The hole pattern for SRW pickups is the same, but the offset is different.
