I assume the bonus cash is from Ford. If I get a deal for $500 over invoice should I expect another $1,000 off that price which would put me at $500 under invoice or will the dealer keep it and the truck be $1,500 over invoice. Does this bonus cash show up on the sales recipt? If not how do I know where it went?

The "Bonus Cash" is a rebate/incentive for the consumer. Your deal should be $500 over invoice minus rebate/incentives available at the time of delivery.
