Leak is around IAH plug, how much torque does that bolt take and any tricks to sealing the leak? Can I use an O-ring instead of the brass or copper washer? Any idea's?

I guess you are talking about the plug for the air intake heater delete? I used some white pipe thread sealer.

Intake Air Heater is still in and blowing bubbles out the threads, do not want to strip it out overtorquing it. I can add some thread sealer but will it like the heat? It is made to seal on the brass ring but is not. Suggested torque?

Remove the copper sealing washer and heat it up cherry red with a propane torch, then let it cool. That will anneal it to soften it up and help it seal. The pipe dope is a good idea as well. Or you could use some gasket sealer (the black gooey stuff - not silicone) in place of the pipe dope.

I couldn't find torque specs for the IAH heater, but it should stand a reasonable amount of torque. If you're using an open end or box wrench, it's gonna be about 10" long for that size. A 2-finger pull should be plenty to seal it.
