What is the torque spec for the caliper mounting bolts?

Per factory manual spec for a 1995 is 85 - 100 lb-ft. Should be the same for a 96.

Gotcha, that page is torn out of my chiltons. (figures) I went to 90, so I will go bump it up to 100.

Any time, Barry. Actually 90 is in the range so you should be good.

The REAL torque spec for any bolt is "Tighten it until it strips then back off 1/2 turn".
