99 F350.....My truck has been sitting for probably 2 months occasionally getting fired up. Now that i've got it back on the road Ive got a brakeing problem. My brakes tend to hang up periodically for no apparent reason. My brake pedal makes noises that sounds like a monkey under my dash. While the pedal feels a little different to stop and a little stiffer it still stops alright. I originally thought from reading the forums it might be the hydroboost. But applying more logic to the situation has me thinking it could maybe be some bogus brake fluid or my caliper pins havbe siezed up. Note: I wasnt having a problem before i let the truck sit. What do you guys think????

Still no luck!!

So after finally going through all my calipers, replacing the two rear ones, and replacing the slide pins on the rest I still havent solved my problem. My brakes are still hanging up or partially engaged while im driving. I can smell them cooking if you know what i mean. I really hate to ruin my pads or warp my rotors so i really need to come up witht something. My brake pedal still makes noises and gets stiff but as far as i can tell i have no problems turning so im not sure on the hydroboost. The truck was sitting for a few months before i got it back on the road, could moisture in my brake fluid cause this, or something else. I need some new direction cuz i don not want to re- replace parts ive already fixed. Pleas help

I'd be looking towards the hydroboost unit in front of the master cylinder. It can go bad without having an effect on the steering.
