1992 Ford E-350 HD 7.4 changed front rotors, calipers, flushed break system from all 5 valves. can't get any break pressure, when breakpedal depressed a high pitch squealy sound comes out of the air filter, perhaps air blowing back from the diaphragm. any feed back will be greatly appreciated.
