The lower convex mirror on my 2011 F350 is broken. Does anyone here know how to get the broken one out? Dont want to order the replacement until I know I can get it apart to repair it.Thanks

Thanks Larrgh, I had seen this thread when it came out but couldn't find anything. Now to fix that mirror!
This is a very simple job to do. You push the mirror in all the way closest to the window with your thumb if it is the bottom mirror, if it is the top mirror use the control knob in the cab to adjust the mirror. You should now be able to see part of the back side of the mirror. You then get a slotted screw driver and slide it down between the two guide bars. When you get to the bottom of the guide you give the screw driver a twist while holding onto the mirror and it will pop right out. If the mirror is heated you will have an electrical wire attached to it that will need to be disconnected. When you get the new mirror connect the electrical wire and push in the mirror. Takes about 1 to 2 minutes.
