[A1980GMC]

The bracket on the frame where my sway bar link attaches has broken. Any suggestions for a fix? The only thing I can think of is to have a custom one built. Anyone else ever break theirs?

I believe they bolt on. At least mine did when I changed from early 99 stamped brackets to later style forged ones. They bolt in the same location and the link bolt runs thru the frame and bracket, IIRC. You should be able to pick one up from a wrecking yard.

I held on to my takeoffs for a while, but checked and they're gone.

My friends sway bar broke years ago. He removed it and the tuck drives the same.
