Cab-tight truck cap

I am looking for a truck cap/topper that fits tight against the back window. That way, I can leave the window open and have access to the back rain or shine. I'd like to get air to the cap with the truck window open and keep the rain out. Any products/fabrication ideas?

When I was a kid my Dad had a 73 Ford with a camper. It had a white plastic piece that looked kind like a tire that had the tread cut off(but white)

It would fit in the two windows and NOT touch the paint and never leaked at all. Never sean one since then. But I wish I could.
