Cab-tight truck cap

I am looking for a truck cap/topper that fits tight against the back window. That way, I can leave the window open and have access to the back rain or shine. I'd like to get air to the cap with the truck window open and keep the rain out. Any products/fabrication ideas?

Had a flexi boot on a ranger once.No paint where it contacted the truck in about 3000 miles.First and last one!!
