Cab-tight truck cap

I am looking for a truck cap/topper that fits tight against the back window. That way, I can leave the window open and have access to the back rain or shine. I'd like to get air to the cap with the truck window open and keep the rain out. Any products/fabrication ideas?

I have used the cycle inner tube as well, works quite well but I don't ever leave it in there.
On a side note I have not done this on my PSD because it does not have a sliding glass, I do this with my 2000 yota TRD with ARE cap when camping.
