Super easy.

You need a 10mm socket and ratchet. The CPS is located on the front of the engine just above and to the left of the crank pully. It's easier to access from underneath the truck. Unplug the electrical connector and unbolt the single 10mm bolt holding it in. Once the bolt is out the old CPS slides out, sometimes needing a bit of wiggling force. Just make sure the o-ring comes out with it. Pop the new one in, bolt it up, and plug the electrical connector in.

Pocket has it right, as I just changed mine on the side of the road last weekend, took less than 10 min.
