DP Tuner F5 chip

I have been thinking of putting in a chip. I was recommend this model by some folks at a truck show. I know very little about this other then then provide more HP.

I noticed there are options also for xtr $. If you where to recommend this what other tuning postions would you get.

Jody at DP-Tuner is one of the best at tuning these trucks you will find anywhere. On top of that, he and his wife are both outstanding folks. You won't be disappointed.

best chip around i have the no start 80eco and 120 race i love it ill never get another chip dp all the way. way more bang for ur buck

As suggested, call and talk with Jody or Dianne. They are both great people and very knowledgable to help you pick the files that best suit your truck and driving style.

I had the Edge Evolution ( programmer) in my truck, and really liked it. About 10 days ago I got my Dp F-5 chip. The Dp is awesome, I really like the tow programs much better that the Edge tow setting. I also like the fact that you can switch on the fly. Get the Dp you won't be dissapointed.

You can also get his tunes on a programmer if you would rather have a code reader and clearer. I love my SCT X2 with 60 tow and 80 econo tunes.

Jody Tipton is my hero. im serious. this guy knows his stuff. i had the edge evolution tuner and hated it...the f-5 is MUCH better. you cant compare.

I just installed my F5, and WOAH. The truck is vastly improved, from throttle tip-in to WOT, it's much more responsive.

The only downside, it does smoke on WOT now.
