I have a squeak up front of my truck driving me crazy. I have pulled both wheels and checked and greased everything. I only hear it while driving. Could it be coming from turbo? The fan also has a slight wobble but don't think it would cause a squeak.

A fan with a "slight wobble" could easily cause the squeak you're hearing. Pull the serpentine belt off and check the water pump out. Any play in the bearing means you need a new water pump.

Also check the spring ends at the shackles. The pads between the leaves sometimes wear out. Someone jumping on the bumper might help you figure that out.

Just take the belt off and start the truck and see if you can hear the squeak. If the engine is cold you can run it for quite a while to listen to it before it starts to heat up
