I installed the filter 1/2 kit on my 6.4 in 2015. It came with a WIX filter. At the next oil change I switched to CarQuest 85832 since it was essentially the same filter and cheaper. Yesterday was oil change time so I bought another 85832. It did not fit. :frown2: It seems that CarQuest was bought out and that part number is now on a 9" filter rather than the original 8" model. The NAPA Gold 1832 is the same as the WIX and, although $10 more than CarQuest, is still less than the Wix.

I'm open to alternate suggestions, including Motorcraft if they have a spin-on filter that works.
