I mounted my antennas behind the cab on the bed rail. Look in pics. I dont have any of my radio at the moment but I used some epoxy and bondo and made a custom fit in the compartment where the ash tray goes. Works pretty nice. Ill take pictures today If I can.

In my old truck, I just mounted it on the top of the dash above the radio. To get the wire into the cab, there are grommets behind the drivers seat that will come out and expose a 3 inch hole and a smaller hole underneath it. Run the wire up through that and under the carpet.

On my crew cab, the grommets arent behind the drivers seat, but all the way in the back behind the second row seats. I Dont know about superduties, you might just have to go through the firewall or drill a hole in the floor somewhere.

Antenna sits on the cowl just opposite where the FM radio antenna sits. Wiring runs between the fender and the cab, does a quick jump around the door seal and goes under the kick panel by the emergency brake pedal then up under the dash and over to the radio. You can see it in THIS PHOTO.

Radio mounted like THIS, photo description says how I did what I did.

Mine was on the side - it's an older radio. I also could not recess any more due to the side mounted controls for some of the modifications done inside. I can't seem to leave ANYTHING alone!.

Check out my link below, there are pics on the 2004 & 2007 pages of my antenna locatoin and radio location. BTW, the CB radio has saved me a lot more times from driving into a storm that my blackberry has :) Best of luck with your install.
