Hey my friend has a 2005 Ford F-350 that came with a stock CD player. It doesn't play MP3 CD so he got an Alpine CD/MP3 player and is looking for a compatable adapter but is having a hard time finding one, does anyone know a model that is compatable for this truck? Thanks.
