Center counsel will not lock. The dealer replaced the lock and it still will not lock. The dealer also checked all other new trucks on their lot and all the trucks had the same issue.
You can turn the key and the tumbler will move to the lock position but the latch will not engage the cross member to keep it locked.
The dealer has sent photos and request to ford for help this issue.
