Well yes its me again, so we went through this a week or 2 ago so this morning I go to fire up the beast, and rurrrrrr batteries are dead as of a week or 2 ago new altinator, new starter rely, new regulator, 2 month old gp's gp controller, new injectors, batteries tested good when I had the altinator problem, it was cold last night but didnt plug it in to the block heater, been snowing all day (about 8 inches on truck now) batteries are about 3 years old (850 or 875 cca) when I put the charger on them it goes to about half but no further, and the truck turns over slow, is there anything else but the batteries that could be wrong? thanks Gary:ford:

Starter is only about 8 months old put a new one in when I had the motor done, It started great all day yesterday, with no problems, it did start this morning but I didnt set the fast idle(didnt put my foot on the go pedal) it started and then ran a little rough and stalled, then turned over slow, I think maybe I killed them crancking it when I was having the alt/relay issues, what batteries are good I can get wally world ones through a buddy for $87.00 each, crappy tire has eliminators for $109.00 I was thinking interstate, ? any thoughts what do you run in yours cdnsarsguy?:ford:

i had problems starting my 92 went to Tractor Supply and bought 2 1000ca batteries(on sale $80 each).put them in and the truck started and went to work.after work the truck was hard to start and needed a boost.when i got home and took a look it turned out to be bad grond wires running from the batteries to the engine block.cleaned them up at the block and have never had a problem.to bad i wasted money on new batteries, there was nothing wrong with the old ones just a bad ground.

Do you have any electronic accessories that might be draining your batteries overnight?
