In the manual I see wheelbase and a few measurements, but is there anywhere I can look up dimensions like chassis, tire, etc?

The Ford Truck Source Book for each model year has that, but the online version is on a password-protected website and only dealerpersons have the password. The hard copy version should be available in the sales department of every Ford dealer. Only sales managers and very senior salesmen will have a copy. I'd walk right up to the new-car sales manager's desk and ask to see the (year) Ford Truck Source Book. If you want the dimensions for pickups, look in the Superduty Pickups section. If you want the dimensions for chassis cabs, they're in a seperate section. You could probably make copies of only the pages that interest you.
