Chip question?

I am wondering if the TWildman chip from my 94(BEG8) will work with my 96(ALF4). Both are 5spds. I tried it a few minutes ago but every time I plugged it in I got a CEL and no start. I cleaned the contacts several times.....Anybody???

Never mind....I called the man himself and got things figured out!
