I have a 99 f350 stock I did add issapro trans temp gauge. If I were to put a chip in it what would I need I am looking for better fuel milage and a little more power as I pull a 34 ft fifth wheel. Nothing to exotic dont want to tear it up.

If you pull that heavy, I would look into a 40 or 60 tow burn, and an 80 econo position for a daily driver setting.
Generally, the 80 setting will give you the best MPG cruising, or running empty, the tow burn will give you the best pulling and in town.
I recomment Dp-Tuner, TS Performance, Diesel Innovations, and Twildman all have some good burns, as well as some others I'm probably forgetting.
