Hello all I have a 02 F250 4X4 7.3 I was just at a store and when I started the engine I heard a loud clunking noise. I was sitting there for about 45 sec. engine running and not in gear. I don't like to here any noises like that so any info would be great. The truck is all stock no upgrades at all.

Did you by chance have the air conditioner on? If you shut down your truck and left the AC on, a vent door is left open. When you start up the truck, is shuts creating a thump. Maybe it is vice versa, but this could be one reason.
