1989 f350 has clutch pedal sticking in the depressed position if pressed very long such as at red lights etc.? When cranking truck the pedal has to be depressed just right for the key to enguage the starter. It also just started yesterday that the starter acts as if it is in a bind for turning over unless the pedal is depressed just right to release the starter to spin?

All help is appreciated in advance.

The throw out bearing might have rusted as Morgan said, but thereis another place to look as well. Look under the dash board at the bracket that holds the pedals in place. the shaft that runs across the bracket and lets the pedals pivot is notoriuus for wearing out and causing just the troubles you described.
