Code Scanner for 2000 F250 7.3L Diesel

Can anyone recommend a code scanner that will read the Ford specific codes? I just purchased an Actron 9690 which will read general codes, but can't grab the engine Ford specific codes.

I was considering the Innova 3160d.

Can anyone help?

I should have been clearer in the original post. Ian looking for a code scanner that will grab both general and manufacturer specific codes for my specific vehicle. (2000 Ford F-250 7.3L Diesel).

Autoenginuity with the Ford Enhancement is what most of us use.
