My 1994 1/2 f450 rollback wrecker has had the factory programming updated. However I can't read the sticker that ford had applied its not legible. I have used a scanner on the obd2 port from passenger seat and can read data etc. I have know idea whats in this computer but I want to get a six position chip!!! Can someone help!!!!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

Since you are going to get a six position chip it is going to totally override the programming that is in your pcm, just let the programmer know that your 94 pcm has been flashed but you do not know to which code. see if the new chip can be a 96/97 TDE1 base code, you will love the change, the tc programming is better, and the glow plugs will only light up when the motor is cold, not at every start. My suggestion is to call Tony Wildman, he will give you custom programming to fit your driving style and truck needs, not a one size fits all generic programs like most big chip suppliers throw out on chips.....
