I realize it's been thrashed to death, but is there one simple recommendation for coolant for this engine other than conventional green coolant with SCA added or precharged coolant. Does anyone make an ELC that is acceptable by the engine manufacturer.

if your build date is 1998 just buy the green stuff and buy the additive. works just fine.


if your build date is 01/99-on use whatever ec-1 rated coolant you want.
