Every single IDI fan I've seen had 7 blades (fins) and attached to the clutch with 6 bolts.

Hey guys i need some help, my water pump went out and beat the fan against the vacuum pump which gouged it up taking it out of balance. In looking for a new one i found that powerstrokes had a 7-fin fan with 4 bolts holding it to the clutch but i cant find much on the older idi's (nonturbo). Do your guys fans have 4 or 6 bolts holding them to the clutch?
Ordering parts for this pickup has always sucked being there were a lot of changes from 93-95 and i want to know for SURE what ones are compatible, or if the 94 stock idi turbo's had an oddball fan. they're 300 bucks in LMC so im hoping to find one used :thumbsup:

Just make sure you don't get a fan for a PSD, they are totally different and on top of that they rotate in the wrong direction.
