Well so far i love the PSD!!! I acouple of things though.... Sometimes is harder to start than others, not necessarily a "Hard start" but harder. say cranks 3-4 seconds instead of 1 before firing. it is not consistant with anything as far as being hot, cold, or warm. it is just a random thing. Another thing(maybe related) twice now, always when cold it will fire off and then die, start it again and its fine! I dont think the Glowplugs are working, as the WTS light only stays on for about 2 or 3 seconds no matter what. Any ideas? The oil is fresh Rotella-T.

The WTS light on time has nothing to do with the actual glow plug on time. I would check out or replace the glow plug relay. It might save you some problems when the weather gets colder. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

X2, do a search on here on glow plugs and thier relay. There should be ALOT of info on that subject.
