Whats going on fellas , 4th day owning my first diesel and already messed up. Went today to remove the WearSleeve sitting on the front crank, cut through the sleeve and touched up the crank,,, resurfaced it and polished the cut/scuffs, how concerned should i be? New sleeve fit on with no problems.

No worries at all. The sleeve is what the seal rides on. Unless you grooved the crank so badly that there is an escape tunnel under the sleeve that oil could leak through, you're golden. Even if you did that, you could set the sleeve with loctite (or anything else oil resistant for that matter) and still be good.
