I have a 1995 f250 7.3l powerstroke diesel. After a cold night and being plugged in it did not start in the morning. Previously I had a fuel filter light turned on, and I also new that the batteries were old. So I bought and replaced one of the batteries and put in the new fuel filter. I then tested the GLR and saw that it failed so I bought a new GPR and put that in and it still says it is receiving zero volts when the key is turned on. Another big note is that the "wait to start" light is not turning on as it usually does. Any ideas, I am assuming it was from the cold, it was one of the coldest nights so far, and its my first winter with this truck.

It could be my glow plugs, but if it was my glow plugs then my GPR should be fine which clearly somethings out of whack with that because i just put in anew one and it still tests bad.
