I recently bought a 93 Dodge 250 cummins 5spd with 107 on the odo. I've heard it's really easy to get lots of power out of these things. What can I do to start? Crank the fuel up on it? HOw would you go about doing this? I have only owned Ford diesels up to now so Don't have a clue about anything on this engine. Still got my Ford too by the way.

First thing to do is guages (Pyro and Boost) then you can turn up the fuel using these VE adjustment instructions from TST Products.

You can also change the turbo to a HX35 like those found on the 96-98 12v then add some 215hp, POD or 370 injectors.
