Everything is working fine other than when i set the cruise control, it doesn't stay steady. Rpm and boost will go up and down... Any thoughts?

That's kind of a strange one. Usually cruise just doesn't engage.

How does the speedo react (with or without cruise engaged)?

Might be a problem with the VSS signal.

Never had any problems with the speedometer and it is the same as the gps speed.

I can try to get a video tomorrow if i can.

The boost goes up to 5 or 6 psi (if I remember), back down to 0, back to 5 or 6 and back to 0. And It will just keep doing it around the speed i set it. Obviously the RPM follow

When my cruise was acting wonky, it turned out to be the VSS wiring. My speedometer never missed a beat. Weird.

Think about how the cruise works. Computer changes rpms to maintain the set speed. RPMS will always fluctuate based on road, wind, etc. Boost dropping to 0 sounds funny though. Mine generally just moves up and down a # or 2.

So The cruise control been acting up like that for the last year but never had time to look at it. This morning I tried to record a video and wouldn't do it.... Haha worked perfectly lol. I guess I'll keep the phone close until it does it again and go from there....
