I bought the truck from a buddy who disabled the clutch safety sensor so he didn’t have to push the clutch to crank it. I put a new one on it so i would have cruise. That didn’t work. Now I have put a new sensor on the master cylinder a new clock spring and new steering wheel switches and still nothing.... now when you press the on button and coast the horn goes off.... any have any ideas on how to fix the cruise???

You obviously have some wires crossed after your clockspring replacement. Bottom line - you need a bidirectional scanner like AutoEnginuity that will allow you to see what the PCM sees with each button pressed. Somewhere you have a switch or sensor that isn't getting through to the PCM.
