Engine turns over very slowly, maybe one or two revolutions and then stops. So far the battery, starter, both battery cables and solenoid have been replaced with the same results.

Any suggestions?

No. I'm trying to get this running for a local non-profit. They typically only use it three times a year. It started this last summer and has gotten worse. Unable to get it started this year at all.

I'm going to go check all the connections and see if disconnecting the grid heater helps.
