So I'm thinking of pulling the trigger and buying a D66. I have a 97 F350, Terminator T-500 HPOP, 160CC AC code Alliant injectors, PHP Hydra chip, exhaust, etc. Looking for more power for towing and better fuel economy. Any thoughts on this turbo with what I already have on the truck? Gear ratio is 4.10. Do you thinkI'd get better bang for the buck on the economy side if I re-ratio the truck to 3.73 instead?

D66 is super laggy. You will notice more smoke and higher EGT's. Your stock turbo will perform better than it with your current mods.

If I were in your shoes, I would save a bit more and do the T4 style turbo, such as this one... https://www.dp-tuner.com/ford-power...rbo-upgrades/turbochargers/bws300sxe64-5.html

Going to a 3.73 will help with mileage, but not for towing. The 4.10 is a better towing setup.

T4 means all new setup.
