Truck is in for the 2nd day to no avail. That random stumbling that appears has them stumped. There are no codes being thrown and there is nothing in the dealership books or the Ford Tech line that can identify it. They are going to keep it longer and keep working on it.

In the meantime I am pimping one sweet Fusion.....:icon_rolleyes: I want my damn truck back. :icon_mad:

my dads 05 f350 did this . id studder when under power andomly. it never threw a code. untill the FICM died. it would start harder untill it just wouldn't start at all. the code was ficm internal error. thing cost 1200 to fix it. it seemed like it was running out of fuel so we changed filters and things till it quit.

Same for my 05. Mine was covered under warranty though.

Well that is starting to make me nervous. It is still in today. There is nothing that is pointing them at the FICM though. I guess I will just have to wait and see. I only have 41K miles on the truck. That better be covered under warrantee.

Yes it is a loaner. Let me tell ya.... snow, FWD and an emergency brake make fun a great time! :jester:
TRAY SLIDING!!!!!!!

yeah everything pointed towards a fuel delivery problem. like a starving system. but it was just the FICM freeking ridiculas it was likee 900 for a new FICM and like 300 to program it to the truck.

.....and on the 3rd day we have an answer!

The #2 injector is going bad and they are going to flash the PCM. Should have it back on Friday. Still under the 100K warrantee so it's $100 outta pocket! Gotta love that.
