A new system does not always mean it is working properly, it may have had some installation issues, you should check it all over to make sure everything is working right and then systematically go through it starting with the basics could be as simple as a kinked line or an o-ring slipped. I don't think going to a re-flash will solve what you have described, but who knows? The code it is throwing is a fuel code so logically start there? Has this problem exsisted since the new system or did it run ok for a while and then crap on you? Again if the latter something could have come loose or failed. There are so many question to ask is it a daily driver did it sit for a while, say with summer fuel in it? Has it been since cold weather? Do you use additives? The list goes on, hope this endless tedious brainstorming is helping and not just raising your blood pressure.
