Dead Pedal Under Heavy Acceleration

Noticed this morning a dead pedal under heavy acceleration. When I back off of the throttle slightly the truck accelerates very quickly. I have a turn down pipe installed off of my down pipe. Could there be a insignificant amount of back pressure or could the EBP sensor be going bad?

I'd vote for the EBP. Mine is doing all sorts of weird stuff. Do you have a boost pressure gauge? Mine pushes 20 -25 lbs. under light acceleration.
