The truck feels like im pulling 10k# behind me. It idles fine, no codes, but simply has little low end power. I have an AE and all tests pass. I'd appreciate any recommendations you may have on tests to try. I can post graps, etc.

Questions to follow:

I just replaced the fuel pump. Would low fuel pressure cause this issue?

I filled the Hpop. Would air in the HPOP cause this issue?

I've tested HPOP and ICP with my AE. They all appear within spec but idle shows ICP at 480 range. Is that too low?

I checked the front brakes for dragging. they appear fine. The rears spin significantly less, but do not appear to have any issues with calipers. Heat range of the calipers are close to their opposite side (used temp gun)

480 is a little low - have you done the "Swamps HPOP test" yet? What is your boost? IPR duty cycle? Low fuel pressure could cause the issue, but usually you notice it worse under load and acceleration. Low end power wouldn't be the first thing to go.

Thanks for chiming in. I'm able to maintain about 2500 to 2600 psi as per my runs this morning. I can spike to nearly 2900. Boost maxes out at 23psi and stays at around 14psi with medium pedal/load. heavy pedal hits max pretty quick as i see from 3 psi to 16psi in 1 second on my data logging.

Duty cycle spikes to 48% max at WOT.

i am having the same problem

i have a 99 7.3 that has no power at all. i put in a new ebp tube and sensor. checked map sensor tube. oil in hpop is full. new oil, new oil filter and fuel filter. clean air filter. i am thinking about removing the turbo and checking seals on down and up pipe? it has a leak and im thinking that will fix it?

Check the sender filters, there are 2. They get clogged and cause low fuel pressure...... See it just fixed one , I've even got pics of the cleaning before and after
