I recently purchased a Digimoto OBD scan interface box and software. I have never had worse customer service. I cannot get a reply to e-mails. No phone numbers. NOTHING. I feel like I wasted 200 dollars. Anyone else have this problem? How can I get a response from these people? Thx

I have read about most all the OBDII tools everyone on here uses, NEVER heard of that one. Sorry, dont hold your breath for help on here with it....(Not that I dont hope you find help, ok?!!) Oh and WELCOME TO TDS!!!

Alot of us on here use the Autoenginuity scan tool. It works great with our trucks and the customer service from the sellers and Jay Horak at AE is beyond reproach!

Hi Bob - I guess you have already tried http://www.digimoto.com/ I see they have a fax number but no phone number. There is a forum. Maybe try there.
