I have beans stage ones in my truck now. but i want to go to a stage two. how hard would it be to change the nozles on my injectors to the ones used in the twos (thats the only difference right?) I have maybe 15 thousand miles on the ones so buying all new ones isnt nessesary if i can build them myself. and for you guys who did the DIY injectors, does it give you the option of change nozzles or anything like that? what all is involved with those diy kits?

As long as the nozzels are the same as the stock ones and just have bigger holes i can not se why you could not just change the nozzels. As for what is involved if you can remove your injecter from your truck you can tear them apart and put them back togeter.my first injecter i took slow and folloed every direction that came with the kit but by the 3 injecter i just dumped all the parts on my rag and wash them and changed the internal orings first and the washed all the internal parts while i let the internal orings srink.i can not imagin 180cc injecters with bigger hole because above 1500 rpm it just goes but below that it need more like of the line power but over all i am 1 very pleased guy. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif

i order the pre machined intensifier piston because i did not want to take all my injecters apart at once .i did 1 injecter at a time first time . This way my truck is only down for max 1 day and not 2 to wait for the machine shop to do there thing
