Hard to say. Definitely gets better heat. If your going to change it, you might as well do it. Nothing lost by putting it in.

cannot say for sure but at least the engine temp gauge reads at the half way point...

Only thing I noticed was better heat in the cab in the winter.

What I don't like is that a NAPA stat is $15. A 203 stat from dieselsite.com is $35 or so.

I couldn't really tell, but it gives me a "warm" fuzzy.
