How frustrating.

My left rear "supercab" door upper latch cable has a plastic connector to the door latch assembly that has broken. The door won't open because the cable is not be pulled due to the broken piece.

I don't want to have to replace the entire latch assembly as my local dealer has suggested.

Any help on this would be so very much appreciated.

Is there a separate cable that my dealer won't tell be about? It is next to impossible to get results from a Google search.

Look at my reply that I gave Fishy..Hope it helps. From what they told me it only comes in an assy.My local stealership wanted 178.00 for one side so im going to buy mine from Silver State Ford Parts
