My door lock that is operated by the alarm stopped working, it doesn't work by either of the door switches either. The door unlock works by the remote or the door switches. What do I need to check to get the lock function back?

It may be tricky for someone to help when there is an aftermarket alarm involved but if they aren't working from the switches either, the alarm is likely not the issue. Start by making sure there is power at the master switch on the drivers door. If you can borrow a switch panel from another truck and plug it in, that would be an easy way to eliminate that panel as the culprit first, they only take 1 or 2 minutes to swap.
