The light in the dash for a door being opened is staying on often(it is acting like the door is opened-dome light stays on and it will ding if the key is in it) This is my second 03' and they have both done this. Is there a recall on this? Is there something to replace that will fix this? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

It's the switch, which is in the latch mechanism. Probably a front door, probably the driver's door. Douse WD-40 into the latch mechanism, problem goes away for a long time.
