So the passenger side wants to blow hot air unless it is set to 60 degrees. This started last year. Now the passenger side is starting to not respond well and if it's not set to 60 it will make a subtle flapping noise inside the dash. I can only assume it's the actuators for the doors, but I really have no ideal. Anyone else had to deal with this?

I think you have it figured out. Blend doors...the motors.

Ok, so how do you go about getting dash off? They are completely fried, they just sit there sounding like a front loader washing machine.
