I thought the biggest was LT255/85R16.

It is - with stock '03 Dooley wheels. But it sounds like TUF250 is willing to invest in new wheels to get bigger tires.
(I suspect kehale was thinking about '05-up and not an '03 Dooley.) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
I don't have any idea how big you could go with custom Dooley wheels. The key would be to design the wheels to be wide enough for the new tires, and be offset enough that there would be no chance of the sidewalls touching between the duals when the truck is loaded for bear.
For example, if you wanted LT315/75R16 tires, you'd need wheels at least 8" wide to replace the stock wheels that are only 6" wide. And if you had the right wheels for dual 315s on the rear, you'd probably need to do some body work to push out the rear Dooley fenders. The only limit is your bank account. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
If I were going to do something like that, I'd go to www.stocktonwheel.com and rely on their knowledge to design and build the right wheels for the tires I wanted.
