IIRC, the EBP Sensor threads are pipe threads. Alternatively, you could remove the tube fitting from the front of the passenger side manifold and plug that. I'm sure that's a pipe thread fitting.

My numbers are now inj PW 3176., and the hpop is up to 2436 psi, IPR is 14.7 and I have 170 rpm. It has not started yet.

Okay upon plugging in the ICP the numbers became inj. PW is 3912 micro so 3.9 milli, hpop is 2334.7, IPR is 33.6 and rpm 170.

Maybe the hoop is not high enough I can try to seal more possible leaks but that is where I got it. Is it not enough to start it in the hpop?

It should start if HPOP pressure gets to 500 psi.
Are you getting fuel to the filter? Should have at LEAST 35 psi there (65 psi is the sweet spot) as well as good flow capacity. Check flow by opening the filter drain valve and turning the key on. You should get a healthy stream from the drain tube.
